6th Dec – Training and promotion offer for volunteer groups

To celebrate the European Year of Volunteering 2011 we would like to invite you to take part in a free day of skills development, training and building networks across the city.

Green Volunteers Bristol 2011 has been promoting and facilitating environmental and sustainability based volunteering in Bristol this year and our end of year conference is shaping up to be an amazing event – click HERE for details and how to register! (Don’t worry if you can’t do a full day, a half day session is also free!) 

By hosting this volunteering extravaganza, we hope to get groups and organisations sharing experiences, showing off their volunteer work and picking up new ways to enhance their use of volunteers, with lunch and a wine reception thrown in for good luck! 

Showcase your project with a FREE poster display

If you are interested in showcasing your organisations’ volunteer work at our Volunteer Marketplace, Bristol City Council have offered to make a free poster display for you, to be exhibited in the Create Environment Centre (you can even keep the display afterwards!).
