3rd Nov – Community Buildings Federation Launch

The Community Buildings Federation launch event is being held at the Vassall Centre on the morning of Thursday, 3rd November.

They will be using the event to explain the purpose of the Federation and the benefits of membership and hopefully showing how it can work with the CLT, the Credit Union, GCM and other not-for-profits around the city to raise the game in strategic thinking around sustainability and community engagement.

They will tell you what they have learned from their recent on-line survey and will also be introducing some new consortium buying arrangements for services we all use and outlining others that they are working on for the future.

They would be particularly pleased to see any representatives from Green capital there. 

There will be opportunities for all members to contribute to the Fed’s development and to get involved in a number of ways. The event will lead on to an AGM early next year, at which members will elect a management committee.
