Seeking a Project Coordinator for Healthy City Week 2016


Bristol Green Capital Partnership CIC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator on a freelance, fixed-term basis to support the planning and delivery of Healthy City Week 2016.

Originally launched in 2015 as a brand new initiative from Bristol Green Capital Partnership, Healthy City Week is a week-long programme supported by Bristol Health Partners that aims to inspire citizens of Bristol to achieve healthier lifestyles as part of a more sustainable future city. This year, Healthy City Week will take place 15th – 22nd October.

Working closely with a small staff team at Bristol Green Capital Partnership Community Interest Company and a Healthy City Week Steering Group, this key role will proactively maximise participation in the programme across the city and act as the central point of contact for programme contributors and venues on all operational elements of the programme.

A highly organised and dynamic approach will be required to manage a very varied workload; to make contact with and provide ongoing advice and support to programme contributors; to work with all partners and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and enable impactful and unique events; and to engage new and diverse communities as contributors and attendees of Healthy City Week 2016.
