A forward look to the Festival of Sustainable Business

Share

The Festival of Sustainable Business brings together all the work being done to help businesses progress in their sustainability journey. Here Lauren Elliott, Festival Manager for the Festival of Sustainable Business, provides a forward look about what to expect this September.

The Festival of Sustainable Business is a single day event taking place on 17th September 2019 throughout Bristol City Centre. With an anticipated 2000 attendees across the festival, the Festival of Sustainable Business is set to be the largest environmental trade show in the south-west. Run by The Future Economy Network and sponsored by the Brunel Group, it will give businesses the opportunity to showcase and progress their sustainability achievements. The Festival will comprise over 60 exhibitors at We The Curious, a sustainable food zone, sustainable transport zone, 10 seminars in city-centre locations and a gala dinner at The Bristol Hotel.

Says Alan Bailey, Director of The Future Economy Group: “The Festival of Sustainable Business will help organisations progress their sustainability thinking; showcasing innovations in sustainable technologies and services and facilitating key networking and knowledge sharing opportunities. The Future Economy Group is delighted to be able to bring this to the city, helping Bristol lead the way in achieving its carbon neutrality goals.”

There are many ways that you can engage in this exciting event, either through sponsorship, registering to attend the free exhibition, booking a place on one or two of the 10 seminars, attending the Gala Dinner, or exhibiting your sustainability-related products and services.
