XeroE expands emission free deliveries into Bristol this month
9th March 2021
In this member blog Steve Evans, Director of XeroE – the urban delivery service that tackles climate change and works towards making our cities cleaner and greener places to live, work and breathe – shares news of the company’s Bristol launch later this month.
With a national lockdown still in place for now, home deliveries are part-and-parcel of daily life, only now consumers are becoming conscious of how deliveries can impact the environment and the air we all breathe. That’s where XeroE steps in offering a guilt-free service for eco-conscious shoppers and businesses.
XeroE is the delivery service with a conscience, using a fleet of environmentally-friendly cargo bikes, bicycles, electric scooters and intelligent electric iVans® to transport goods in inner cities, reducing toxic air levels and improving the life quality of all urban residents and we’re proud to launch in Bristol this month!
Based at The Galleries in the heart of Broadmead, XeroE’s emission-free vehicles will be delivering goods to residents and businesses in Bristol and Bath facilitating cleaner air as a result.
We are excited to give Bristol businesses a choice to complement other sustainable actions across operations and supply chain by adding clean green deliveries with a certified carbon neutral partner.
Eco-minded retailers like online florist Bloom & Wild will be using XeroE’s fleet, and the location in the Galleries shopping centre provides a Pick Up Drop Off Unit, (PUDO) enabling hundreds of packages to be delivered all at once to the PUDO and then redistributed using bikes and cargo bikes, reducing the number of vans driving around the city centre and less congestion.
